What do I Need to Rent a Property?

Spears & Co enjoys working with all of our renters. To rent one of our properties we do have a thorough application process.

Here is what to expect when renting a property through Spears & Co:

Schedule a viewing of the rental you would like to see by calling our office at

At the showing you will be provided an application should you like to submit one
Anyone over the age of 18 is required to submit an application. Each application is non-refundable $45.00
You will need three months of paystubs to show proof of income
Bring the application to our office along with your application fee and paystubs. Please also make sure to bring your Driver’s License
Once we receive the application, paystubs and copy of your Driver’s License we will complete a Criminal, Credit and Eviction background check
Our decision will be made after we receive all of the information and the property owner has also reviewed the application
